The magic of motion

that elevates an appeal to beauty,

creating works of body art

creating living sculptures,

sprouting from each other,

linked by a subtle thread of continuity

and indescribable harmony!

as well as the sculptor,

chipping away at the block of stone cold

makes arise the masterpiece that lay inside

the same way the yogin is transformed

and lets emerge the work and artist

the choreographic execution of this ancient dance.

That is asana!

A magia do movimento

que enleva num apelo à beleza,

criando obras de arte corporal,

gerando esculturas viventes,

brotando umas das outras,

encadeadas por um sutil fio de continuidade

e de harmonia indescritível!

assim como o escultor,

desbastando o bloco de pedra fria

faz surgir a obra prima que em seu interior jazia

da mesma forma o yôgin se transfigura

e deixa aflorar obra e artista

na execução coreográfica dessa dança milenar.
